30-day returns. Return any unused LUXEL cart within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fee, ever.
How to start a return. Email support@luxelcarts.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, and send you return instructions.
Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping. If the cart arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we cover it — you pay nothing.
Damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We arrange the return at our cost, check what happened, and you choose: a full refund or a replacement.
Condition. Items should be unused and returned with the carry bag and any included parts. Original packaging helps but is not required.
Refunds. Once we receive the cart, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
12-month warranty. The frame and structure are covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. Just message us and we will sort it out.
