Shipping & Delivery
Where we ship, how fast, and what happens if something goes sideways.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and international destinations are not supported at the moment — drop us a line at ombilyxans@gmail.com if you have a specific request and we will see what we can do.
Orders placed before 1 PM ET ship the same business day from our Miami warehouse. Standard transit is 3–5 business days to most US ZIP codes. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the label is created — usually within a few hours of placing the order. If you have not seen it after 24 business hours, check your spam folder, then reach out and we will resend.
Wait 48 hours first — carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered up to a day early. After that, file a claim with the carrier and email us a copy. We will work with you on a replacement and chase the carrier on our end.

The frame is powder-coated steel for corrosion resistance. The cargo bed is 600D polyester with reinforced stitching at the load-bearing seams. Hardware is stainless. The wheels are puncture-resistant TPR balloon tires on a steel rim.
Yes. The 9-inch all-terrain balloon wheels are specifically designed for soft surfaces — sand, snow, grass, gravel, and uneven ground. They distribute weight so the cart never sinks. A small hand pump is included so you can soften the tires for sand or firm them up for hard ground.
Most carts in the lineup carry 165 lbs comfortably — enough for a full cooler, four beach chairs, an umbrella, and gear for a family day out. Check the individual product page for the exact rated capacity, which we publish in the Specs section.
The frame and fabric are water-resistant — splashes, wet sand, surf spray, and light rain are all fine. We do not recommend full submersion or leaving the cart sitting in standing water for long periods. After a beach trip a quick rinse with fresh water keeps the bearings happy.
Pull the center strap and the frame collapses flat in about 30 seconds — no tools, no detached parts. Folded dimensions fit in most car trunks, hall closets, and the back of an SUV without folding seats down.
Battery & Electric
Range, charging, replacements, and what airlines need to know.
Up to 3 miles of continuous use on flat-to-moderate terrain with a typical load. Heavy loads, soft sand, and uphill grades will reduce that — most owners report 1.5–2 miles in real beach conditions, which is still significantly farther than you would push a manual cart.
4–5 hours from empty to full using the wall adapter that ships in the box. The pack uses standard 18650 lithium-ion cells and the charger has overcurrent and overheat protection, so you can leave it plugged in overnight without worrying.
The cart itself can be checked as oversized luggage. The battery follows standard FAA rules for lithium-ion: packs under 100 Wh are allowed in carry-on only and must never go in checked baggage. Tell your airline in advance — most carriers want a heads-up for lithium batteries above 100 Wh, and our packs sit just below that threshold (UN3480 class).
Lithium packs gradually lose capacity over hundreds of charge cycles — that is normal chemistry, not a defect. The battery is user-replaceable: click out the old one, click in the new one, no tools. Replacement packs are sold in the Accessories section, and we ship the same day from Miami.
Returns & Warranty
14-day returns, 12-month warranty, and how to file a claim.
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unused cart in its original packaging for a full refund — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge on our end (US only). Email ombilyxans@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label the same business day.
Every cart carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Electric models additionally include a 3-month warranty on the battery pack. The warranty covers replacement parts and labor; it does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse (running over rocks at speed, leaving the cart submerged, etc.).
Email ombilyxans@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and one or two photos showing the problem. We respond within one business day. Most claims are resolved by shipping a free replacement part — for bigger issues we send a return label and a fresh cart.
If the cart is defective — yes, that is a warranty claim, not a return, and we cover it (see the previous question). If you simply changed your mind after using it, we cannot accept the return. We can offer store credit on a case-by-case basis if the cart is still in essentially-new condition.
Payment & Checkout
What we accept, how Shop Pay installments work, and security.
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay Installments. All checkout is handled by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details on our servers.
Yes. At checkout pick Shop Pay Installments to split eligible orders into 4 interest-free payments every two weeks, or into longer monthly plans for higher totals. Approval is instant and does not affect your credit score for the prequalification check.
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest tier of payment security. Card data is tokenized and never touches our infrastructure. We only see the last four digits of your card on the order record so customer support can verify identity.

We are a small team based in Miami, Florida at 12950 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL 33182. All orders ship from our warehouse in South Florida, which keeps transit times short for the East Coast and Gulf states and reasonable for everywhere else in the continental US.
